Refund and Cancellation Policy
Thank you for purchasing Actifend Subscription. We strive to help you get the most out of our service.
If you are not fully satisfied, you can request for a refund, as per the following terms:
- Refunds are processed upon cancellation of service.
- The amount and the manner of refund will depend on the date of cancellation – as described below.
- Any cancellation within the first 30 days of a subscription is eligible for full refund of the subscription fees.
- Any cancellation after 30 days of subscription will be for the prorated subscription fees, for the unused whole months of service, if any.
- Refund of taxes and other mandatory levies collected may be subject to applicable local and international laws. In some cases they are non-refundable either due to Government mandates or due to the impracticality of recovery.
- Refunds are NOT subject to any other conditions. However, in our effort to improve our service, we do ask you for the reasons of your cancellation.
Exception: Subscriptions purchased upon detection of an attack or breaches are not eligible for full refunds. (i.e., if you initiate a purchase after receiving an attack / breach warning or notification on your Actifend dashboard). This is applicable, even if the refund is requested within the 30 days time period from the date of purchase.
